This time, we’re shining the spotlight on Answering the Call — a fantastic local organization supporting our first responder community. Since its founding in 2015, ATC has contributed more than $1M to supporting police, firefighters and paramedics facing medical challenges. And that’s only part of their story. Founder Ronnie Doumitt will be sharing the rest during our lunch.

On a personal level, this series is important to me as I try and use Link 2 Lee’s Summit’s platform to create more connections and pathways to success for our local nonprofits. Participation and support from the business sector are vital to the sustained success of any community nonprofit and the goal of this series is to highlight those opportunities and hopefully form a few new friendships.
