KANSAS CITY, MO – March 17, 2025 – The Spring Parade of Homes, open April 26 through May 11, offers the opportunity to see one of the largest and most impressive displays of new homes in the country. Sponsored by Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling, the spring parade will feature 296 homes in six counties built by 108 of the KC area’s finest builders. Types of homes featured on the parade will include townhomes, villas, 67 maintenance-provided entries and single-family homes, with a variety of floor plans featuring the latest design trends.
Homes will range in price from $250,000 to $3.4 million and will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free and free parade guides will be available for pickup at the KCHBA (I-435 & Holmes) beginning the Monday prior to the start of the parade and at all parade homes during the event.
Unique design features this year include hidden package rooms just off entryways to store Amazon packages, such as in the Bickimer Homes entry, statement walls in the Elevated Design & Build entry and neutral colors to emphasize a calming effect as shown in the Owen Home entry.
