Overview:

Vinny's Realty Group is seeking a motivated Showing Specialist to join our team. This role involves showcasing properties to potential buyers, attending various property-related appointments, and supporting our clients throughout their real estate journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings, open houses, inspections, listing photos, final walkthroughs, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service to potential buyers and sellers during property viewings.
• Collaborate with clients and CEO to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Assist in generating leads through various channels, aiming to bring in 10 qualified leads per month.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate sign, lockbox, and marketing material drop-offs for listed properties.
• Utilize CRM tools and systems to track leads, manage appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, team events and networking as required.

Requirements:

• Valid real estate license in Missouri and Kansas
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation for property showings and appointments.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other real estate tools is a plus.
