We specialize in Testosterone Replacement Therapy and Erectile Dysfunction treatments (with newest technology) and Weight loss (newest therapies).

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service and greetings to patients

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

- Collect and input patient information including vital signs and lab results

- Assist with patient check-in and check-out and payment processes

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments

- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials and help them sign up for services

- Provide administrative support to medical professionals

- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits

- Assist with medical procedures, including medication administration/IM injections and blood draw and in-house lab operation

Requirements:

-Smiling and cheerful and energetic manner

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a team player

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and work in fast-paced environment

- Comfortable with sales: this is a cash/medspa business and needs customer service and sales

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Medical Assistant certification

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy

- basic life support certification

- Ability to learn and use electronic health record systems and other medical applications

- Experience in a related field and positions, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred.

- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
