The team of StretchLab certified "Flexologists" all attend a intensive training and in-person workshop prior to working with customers and providing :25 or :50-minute one-on-one assisted stretches. The Flexologist role is responsible for delivering both an informative & rejuvenating experience for members.

StretchLab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’ and the team of experts are certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more.

StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program (FTP) ensures that their client’s receive a world class stretching session.

Flexologist Responsibilities:

● Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.

● Keep detailed notes regarding each stretch session to include all member goals, & enable them to benefit from our service experience

● Utilize the StretchLab continued education and Flexologist development resources, MyStretchWorks to develop the variety of Flexologist stretch movements and knowledge of the position in order to develop members and provide a premier service experience.

● Build & retain a book of StretchLab members through appointment preparation

● Convert “intro stretch” (first time customers) to memberships by connecting to the customer “WHY” & communicating the history/benefits of the StretchLab brand

● Retain current clientele through sales & outreach to leads by keeping the studio customer management software updated & current without past-due tasks

● Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, & booking client's weekly recurring appointments

● Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques & enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules

● Attending manager/team/owner meetings in-person is a requirement of the Flexologist position.

● Handle member concerns when applicable

● Assist Sales Associates & General Manager with studio tour & sales as needed

● Collaborate with team to participate in community initiatives to promote awareness among our partners & members networks

● Clean & maintain the stretch table before/after each stretch session and prepare for the next shift to ensure all equipment is available for client use at any given time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Working 1 on 1 with customers: 2 years (Preferred)
