We are seeking a residential and commercial insulation crew lead to join our team! You will oversee and work alongside the crew through insulation installations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead installation teams for residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications.
• Train and mentor junior installers, helping them grow into independent professionals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members to meet project goals.
• Assist with estimates by providing custom quotes to prospective clients as needed. 
• Maintain quality control across all job sites, upholding company standards.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in insulation installation (residential and/or commercial).
• Proven ability to lead, train, and supervise a team of installers.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in using insulation tools and equipment (e.g. fiberglass batt, and blown-in insulation).
• Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and building codes.
• Effective communication skills with team members, clients, and management.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
