We are looking to fill a CNA/MA or Phlebotomist position for our clinic located in Lakewood, Lees Summit area.  The hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday. Every other Friday 8:30am- 12:00noon work from home. Part- or Full-time position available. Paid Holidays, Vacation and personal days.  Insurance and IRA Plan.  Relaxed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Administrative and clinical support to patients.  Interact with patients, maintain medical records (HIPPS compliant). Perform various clinical procedures.

2.Assist with medical examinations, minor medical procedures, medications, injections perform laboratory tests, specimen collection.

3. On the job training

Working Conditions:

Clinic environment.  The work may involve both administrative tasks in an office setting and clinical duties in examination rooms.  Position will report to LPN and Office manager.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Completion of medical assistant or CNA certified is preferred

Strong Communication and interpretation skills.  Ability to pivot and energetic

Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures and basic pharmacology

Understanding and willingness to learn electronic health record (EHR) systems.  We work off Athena Software.

Start Time: August 2025

Salary: $18-$20/hr
