Tuesday, August 18, 2026 (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM) (CDT)
Description

There is no RISE Committee meeting on Tuesday, August 18th. During our July meeting, we chose to switch our luncheon and service project months to accommodate Lee’s Summit Social Services’ immediate “Back to School” needs.
The RISE Committee volunteered with Lee’s Summit Social Services on August 6 and 7 to help families prepare for the upcoming school year. Committee volunteers assisted children and families with selecting clothing, shoes, backpacks, and school supplies to help ensure they had what they needed for a successful start to the new school year.
We hope you can join us for our next meeting on September 15th from 11:00 - 12:30 as we strengthen relationships with one of our locally owned Chamber-member restaurants.
