Description

During Brian's coaching career he developed a philosophy in coaching that allowed him to develop a team and a long term program. He's always claimed that the philosophy not only applied to the basketball court but life lessons that could be used in any work environment. Now he applies that same philosophy in the workplace to help create a successful team.
