Our New Year’s Resolutions are behind us.  Now, it’s time to improve our BATting average to get us where we want to be and continue working toward our goals.  We’ll talk about Behaviors, Attitudes and Techniques (BATting average), how we need to own them, and either reinforce our resolve, or get ourselves back on track to making the changes we desired on January 1st.
