Description

Purpose: To educate and create opportunities within the Chamber of Commerce that supports diversity and inclusion in the Lee’s Summit business community.

Goals: 

• PILLAR 1 - Create a digital resource hub for the business community on D&I concepts.
• PILLAR 2 - Provide community education on D&I topics for LS Chamber members.
• PILLAR 3 - Pursue increased engagement with minority owned businesses within the LS business community.
• PILLAR 4 - Develop relationships with community partners to enhance D&I efforts throughout our community.
