The Lee's Summit Chamber is excited to introduce a great success story to the members by hosting the owners of Restless Spirits Distilling Company as our Breakfast for Champions speakers!

 Restless Spirits Distilling Company was founded in 2016 by Michael and Benay Shannon, along with business partner John Boettcher. Since their founding, Restless Spirits has been creating award-winning, unique Irish and American-inspired spirits. 

From 2016-2022 they were recognized as the Missouri Distillery of the Year! Restless Spirits has been proudly served at Kauffman Stadium as well as being recognized as the Official Gin of the Boston Red Sox. It doesn't stop there. Their Duffy's Run Vodka was named one of the Top 10 Vodkas in the United States by USA Today's Best 10. 

The company specializes in spirits and RTDs, including vodka, gin, malt whiskey, and Irish whiskey. Restless Spirits also has the exclusive U.S. import rights for Sons of Erin Irish Whiskey, a brand made by Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, Ireland. The company's name and products pay homage to Kansas City's Irish history.
