The diversity of our workforce continues to expand and in 2024, there are five different generations in the workforce each bringing their own set of values, beliefs, and ways of completing work. Cross generational collaboration is critical for organizational success, but communication barriers have created tension in the American workforce for decades.

While the generations we are born into do not define us as individuals, they can provide clues to help us work together more effectively.

As the workforce changes, it’s possible to create engagement, loyalty, and high productivity!

 Let the Gen X and Millennial business partners guide you in considering these very real questions:

- How can I effectively manage or work with employees across all generations? How do I understand their values, motivations and what inspires them?

- How can I leverage the unique skillsets of each of my team members to get work done?

- How can I learn from people in other generations to solve complex problems?
