Join us in  Germantown  located in the new Green Street Market during Oktoberfest for a high-spirited costume competition where style meets celebration. We’re crowning Best Dressed in both men’s and women’s categories. Plus, new this year, we're awarding Best Dressed Kid 12 and Under, Cutest Family and Cutest Couple!
